Alumni Status Requirements
In order to maintain your yearly Alumni Instructor
(non-teaching) status, the following requirements must
be met: |

Complete and
Submit the Recertification Application |

|
Pay the Annual
Alumni Recertification Fee of $35.00 |

Alumni Status Recertification Forms
The following are forms that must be completed each year
to recertify as an alumni status Los Angeles County
Underwater Instructor.

Returning to Active Status
Alumni status Instructors intending to return to active
status may be required to obtain physician approval, as
well as meeting all other requirements for active status
recertification.
