Active Status Requirements
In order to maintain your yearly active Instructor
(teaching) status, the following requirements must be
met: |

Documentation Requirements |

Complete and
Submit the Recertification Application |

Pay the Annual
Active Recertification Fee of $45.00 |

Maintain a
Current Copy of CPR/First Aid
Credentials on File with LA County Scuba |

Provide Proof
of Current Scuba Instructor Liability
Insurance |

|
|
 |
Provide Proof
of County Employment for Work Related
Programs Only |

| Teaching

Active Status Recertification Forms
The following are forms that must be completed each year
to recertify as an active status Los Angeles County
Underwater Instructor. All active status
Instructors are required to obtain and maintain Scuba
Instructor liability insurance.
