The
UICC Outstanding Graduate Award
With each year's UICC it
has become tradition to typically honor the outstanding
graduating student of the Underwater Instructors
Certification Course. This student is the high point of
the class and offers to be the most promising potential
contributor to the field of underwater activity.
The candidate must have proven proficiency in knowledge,
water ability and outstanding personality traits. The
