LA COUNTY SCUBA SCHEDULED TO BRING BACK
QUARTERLY ISSUES OF THE FAMED UNDERWATER NEWS
PUBLICATION.
(Los Angeles, California - July 1, 2010)
- Bill Lidyoff and Jay Canfield announced that efforts
were underway to develop quarterly issues of the
Underwater News that the Department of Parks and
Recreation previously published in years past.
"The Underwater News was a cornerstone publication for
the membership of the Los Angeles County Instructors",
stated Bill Lidyoff. "Our intent is to bring the
spirit of that publication back to our current family of
Instructors".
Jay Canfield who is the site administrator for
lacountyscuba.com is putting the team together and will
oversee the publications creation. Jay was quoted
saying "We will keep the rich traditions of the old
Underwater News but will leverage modern technology to
produce the publication digitally as electronic media".
Jay further went on to say, "We hope to have our first
issue out sometime in Q4 2010".
